Return Policy

At Touch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:

Unaltered in the original product packaging (for example: on original strand)
Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and label
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same condition as when you received them. If the item(s) meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

Personalized or custom-made items
Digital products
Items that have been used or altered
Items that are not in the original packaging
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the availability of the item.
