All orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, and other fees. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs, duties, taxes, and other fees associated with the order.

We offer several shipping methods, depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package. Our standard shipping methods include regular mail, express shipping, and courier services. Regular mail and courier services will only be provided for wholesale program.

A: Our delivery service follows a B2C single package clearance mode. In case of customs inspection, the sender may be required to provide the sales link and HS code. Due to recent tax policy changes, we do not accept products with declared values exceeding £135 (including tax) for the UK, and €150 (including tax) for EU countries. EU countries are required to provide the EU IOSS. If you are unable to provide the EU IOSS, our sales representatives can provide a solution.
A: Yes. Packages that do not meet the foreign packaging requirements, are overweight, oversized or have irregular shapes will incur a fee of €20 per package. Our company will bill this fee according to the DHL rate. If the delivery address is unclear or the shipping label is illegible, an address maintenance and correction fee of ~€0.41 per package may apply. If there is a discrepancy between the weight information of the package and the actual weight information, a surcharge of ~€2.14/kg will apply for a difference of 100g.
A: Yes. If delivery fails and the package needs to be stored at a depot, post office, or retail store (DHL Shop, outlet), a fee of ~€2.68 per package will be charged. A: The return fee varies depending on the country. For the UK, the fee is ~£4.13per package, and the re-delivery or re-routing fee is ~£2.95 per package. For Germany, the return fee is ~€7.5 per package, and the re-delivery or re-routing fee is ~€3.35 per package. For other EU countries, the return fee is charged at actual cost.
A: The estimated delivery timeline is as follows: Day 1: Submit the order and deliver it to our warehouse. We will push data and generate the first electronic report. Day 2-3: The goods will be shipped and delivered to the airline. Day 4-6: The goods will land in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and undergo customs clearance. They will then be transported to the processing center. The second online information will be generated after the package is collected from the destination post office. Day 7-12: The package will enter the final delivery stage. Day 8-15: The package will be delivered successfully, and the recipient will sign for it. For EU countries, the recipient will provide an electronic signature (POD) after signing for it.
